At TheAuraGen, we are committed to delivering your feeding pillow safely and on time across the United States.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment status through the carrier's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. TheAuraGen is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

8. Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applied to your order based on your shipping address and applicable US state tax laws. The applicable tax amount will be shown at checkout.
