Refund & Return Policy

At TheAuraGen, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is:

Defective or damaged in transit
Incorrect item received
Unused and in its original packaging (for change of mind returns)

After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

2. How to Request a Return

Provide photos and/or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Return Shipping

Defective or incorrect items: TheAuraGen will cover the return shipping cost.
Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Items returned without original packaging
Items returned after the 30-day window

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. US Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws, including any rights you may have under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or applicable state laws.
